Artists Helping Artists is an adults art education program.  WonderRoot members and volunteer artists offer their time and expertise by facilitating classes and workshops in a variety of disciplines.  Classes range from traditional media such as illustration and photography to newer mediums including digital design, video editing and more.  WonderRoot believes providing artists with the knowledge to create and express themselves is a necessary piece in our attempt to build a strong independent arts infrastructure.

Creativity for Kids is a youth arts-enrichment program. With the program, WonderRoot partners with community organizations and schools that serve low-income and at-risk youth. As funding for arts education is being cut, WonderRoot seeks to fill a void.  We believe that arts education in a vital part of a youth's development.

Through both in-reach and outreach programs, WonderRoot volunteer artists work with some of Atlanta's youth that are most in need.  Whether through a music program or a photography exhibition, WonderRoot works with community partners both large and small.  We believe that by providing youth with opportunities to create and express themselves, we will offer them a chance to re-imagine their futures.

WonderRoot knows that collaborative public art initiatives are an integral part of enlivening Atlanta and building more vibrant communities.  Through transforming streetscapes and landscapes, artists and community members come together to build community through art.  We believe that public works of art should be created with and by the communities in which they will reside.  Whether the artwork is a single sculpture installed in a park or mural on a building’s façade, WonderRoot empowers community members to restore or rejuvenate public space.
